Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out account development, relationship management and new customer lead generation, identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads and ensure the achievement of business targets;
2. Build strong and lasting relationships with them and keep client knowledge up-to-date;
3. Identify & Track customer needs and objectives and match them to our products and services, create value propositions / account plans based on customer insights and review with Distribution Director;
4. Investigate regional market information and provided support for the company's strategy and decision making of new products;
5. Participating in Industry conferences, fairs, events of solar and PV associations, assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities with partner’s Key Customers.
6. Perform necessary operational tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines)
Qualifications:
1. A higher education qualification, electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering is preferred;
2. More than three years' working experience in distribution and business development of PV inverter products; Strong technical knowledge of PV inverters, BOS and system with also strong commercial sales knowledge;
3. Energetic, good communication skills, passionate about challenges and innovation;
4. Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software;
5. Fluent in English and German.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Acquiring KS certificates for products launched in Korea market
2. Technical support as PM for C&I, utility scales project pipelines and customers on product levels
3. Coordinating technical issues with HQ on product levels for local version' products
4. Technical marketing (on/offline technical seminars, training for business partners, harmonizing with local institutes)
Qualifications:
1. Working experices as a technical manager in PV industry (at least 2years)
2. Professional experiences to acquire KS certificate
3. Minimum 4-5years experiences preferred as techincal manager
4. Experiences to lead C&I, utility scales projects successfully

3. Technical documentation management
4. Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation preparation and 1st level technical costumer support.
5. Communication between HQ in China, and EU offices on the subject of product development, technical improvement and product changes
6. Customer visits across EU region
7. Frequent visits to the Chinese headquarter
8. Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition
9. Frequent monitoring of market development
Qualifications:
1. Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a similar background
2. A higher education qualification or business related studies with technical counterparts
3. Over 3 years experience with PV inverters, C&I inverters is desirable
4. Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong communication and commercial skills and attention to detail
5. Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
6. Language requirements: German and English at least C1
7. Quick learner with the desire to increase knowledge in the renewable industry
8. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing local field service activities basically
2. Training distributors and third party company to make reliable service networks locally (covering all local areas)
3. Analyzing & reporting field service issues to HQ formally and providing CR reports upon request of customer
4. Evaluating service costs/cause for service then responding to reduce cost/service cases efficiently, professionally
Qualifications:
1. Working experices as a field service manager in PV industry (at least 2years)
2. Minimum 4-5years experiences preferred as field service manager
3. Experiences to lead C&I, utility scales projects successfully as solving service issues professionally
